The art of yoga is a holistic practice that originated in ancient India and has been embraced around the world. It combines physical postures, breath control, meditation, and ethical principles designed to promote overall well-being and connection to oneself, both body and spirit. This connection is achieved through mindful movement, mindful breathing, and introspection. The art of yoga cultivates balance, flexibility, strength, and inner peace.
In the workshop, we will practice and learn the art of yoga and experiment with our bodies in the concept of yogic movement and its connection to both physical and mental health.
