Mindfulness workshop

Mindfulness is a state of awareness achieved by deliberately focusing attention on the present moment and without the use of judgment. This includes full presence, observing thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and alertness to the surrounding environment. Mindfulness practice is designed to cultivate inner peace, promote clarity and establish acceptance of what exists. Through techniques such as meditation, breathing exercises and awareness activities, we can develop a deeper understanding of ourselves and our experiences . In the workshop we will practice our 'mind' to establish a state of mindfulness.
